Donald Trump was on the verge of reunifying Korea.
Then he decided to hire John Bolton and bring him to a meeting with Kim Jong-un in Vietnam, where Bolton said that the only way talks could continue is if Kim gave up all of his nukes immediately. The only reason you would make this demand is if you were purposefully attempting to sabotage the talks.
Everyone knows this. It is a self-evident fact.
But Trump is such a tool and a general failure at life that he let Bolton destroy the one singular foreign policy achievement that could have been his legacy.

North Korea has tested several short-range missiles, according to reports from South Korea.
They were fired from the Hodo peninsula in the east of the country, said South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff.
If confirmed, it will be the first missile launch since Pyongyang tested an intercontinental ballistic missile in November 2017.
Last month Pyongyang said it had tested what it described as a new “tactical guided weapon”.
That was the first test since the Vietnam summit between the North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, and US President Donald Trump, which ended without agreement.
President Trump walked away from what he described as a bad deal offered by Kim Jong-un in Hanoi in February.
This situation is so transparent, that it keenly highlights just how stupid and/or gullible the average person on Earth is.
Everyone is aware of the pattern of the US tricking leaders into giving up their nukes and then destroying their country and murdering them.
Everyone is aware of John Bolton’s desire to destroy every country on Earth other than Israel.
The US has been threatening to destroy North Korea for over 50 years.
Kim did nothing wrong.
Now we’re heading back into a wartime scenario against yet another country for no explainable reason.
