Hundreds Sick from Disease Ridden McDonald’s and Breakfast Cereal (BONUS DIET ADVICE)

I tried to tell yall about processed food.

We’ve got the double whammy in headlines this week.

Cyclospora in your McDonald’s salad.

CNN:

The Illinois and Iowa health departments are investigating outbreaks of a parasite that causes intestinal illness and might be linked to McDonald’s salads, both states said Thursday.

Illinois is reporting 90 cases since mid-May. Iowa is reporting 15 cases since late June.

The cyclospora parasite causes intestinal illness as a result of consuming contaminated food or water. Symptoms can begin a week or more after consuming the parasite. They include diarrhea and frequent, sometimes explosive bowel movements, according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Those who are infected might also experience loss of appetite, weight loss, stomach cramps or pain, nausea, gas and fatigue. Vomiting, headache, fever, body aches and flu-like symptoms can also occur.

Salmonella in your Honey Smacks.

CNN:

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Thursday that 27 more people have gotten sick in a multistate outbreak of salmonella illness linked to recalled Kellogg’s Honey Smacks cereal. This brings the total number of illnesses to 100 people since March, although the outbreak was not announced until June.

Symptoms of salmonella infection include diarrhea, fever and abdominal cramps and typically present 12 to 72 hours after exposure to the bacteria. The first cases of illness in this outbreak began with symptoms on March 3, and the most recent individuals began feeling ill on July 2.

Quit eating processed food, people.

That is step one.

Any diet, that is step one.

If you can’t do step one, you’re never gonna make it to step two, so you might as well just resign yourself to being a disease-ridden blob.

Cut the fast food, cut the processed grains, cut anything that comes in a box or in a sealed plastic container.

Buy meats, vegetables, fruits and plain white rice or potatoes.

Stupid niggers have accused me of promoting fad diets, but I will tell you – any fad diet is better than the Standard American Diet (SAD).

And guess what:

  • Meats
  • Fish
  • Eggs
  • Vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Plain white rice
  • Potatoes

Are not “fad foods.”

Don’t cook with anything other than real butter or coconut oil.

That’s basically the whole of my diet plan: just eat normal whole foods – skip the FAD FOODS like granola and yogurt (and any other wheats, breads or dairy products).

Do it for a month and you will lose weight and feel better.

In order to lose serious weight quickly, you do need to REGULATE carbs, but if you can’t get a basic diet of healthy foods going, you aren’t going to go on a strict regiment of anything – you will just fail and feel like a loser and give up and be a lard ass.

Eating normal food for a month, two months, whatever, even if you’re not losing weight at some rapid pace, will prepare you for going further into the health realm.

Basically, you are addicted to poisons. It’s no different than being a drug addict. Sugary food, trans fats and bread are addictive. They release dopamine in the brain. First step to recovery is to cut that addiction by eating normal food until you are full.

JUST FOR EXAMPLE, FOR THE WORKING MAN:

Breakfast

  • Coffee (no sugar)
  • Eggs cooked of your choosing – sunny side up, (but with butter if you fry them, not some futuristic vegetable oil)
  • Bacon
  • Potato (can be fried in the bacon grease)

(Consider also putting an omelet – onion, tomatoes, mushrooms – cooked in butter over white rice)

Lunch (worst meal because it cannot be cooked by the self)

Pack the lunch:

  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Apples, oranges, pears

and/or

  • Tuna salad – no croutons, just the tuna (CANNED IN BRINE, NOT WEIRD OIL) with lettuce, olives, tomatoes, olive oil – can spice it up with avocado

(NOTE: DO NOT MICROWAVE ANYTHING IN PLASTIC, DAMN IT)

Run to lunch:

  • Chipotle bowl (NOT THE WRAP) – rice, vegetables, steak (maybe double steak), hot sauce okay – no beans, chips, soda, juice, other crap they offer

Dinner

  • Beef (steak, boiled or fried ground beef or chopped up chunks)
  • Mixed vegetables (boiled or grilled or fried in butter)
  • White rice or potatoes

Make sure all of these meals fill you up. Do not do starvation or calorie counting when you are just getting started – it just massively increases the likelihood you will fail.

No normal person should suffer from this regiment. But if you are addicted to disease-ridden and poisonous McDonald’s and sugary, grain-based vegetable oils, you may suffer. But if you can do stuff like this for a month, then you are going to be good. Great even.

I Shall

I am going to release a more complicated diet guide. I swear, it’s mostly finished. I just need to sit down and finish it up. I will also think of more simple menu options. I understand that many people do not have much time to cook, or a woman to do it for them, and are also on a budget.

I understand lunch is hard because you either have to pack it or buy it at a fast place. Chipotle is the only place I ever eat fast meals (and that rarely).

ALSO

I know that there are people who ask about weight gain rather than loss. Thankfully, you are a minority, and also much less of a problem. But unthankfully for you, you are also lower on the list to get advice. Basically, you need really high calories, from both fats and carbs (no one can gain weight on protein), and you need to stuff yourself.

Also, you should only be trying to gain weight if you are already on a workout regime, unless you are like a cancer patient, in which case you have some other health problem and should get blood work done. Probably don’t listen to what the doctor says about it. These doctors are mostly clueless, and will just feed you pills. Get a copy of the blood work, and research it yourself, post it on forums to get advice.

REMEMBER

This is what Americans used to look like, it is what we should look like again:

I believe in all of you.

You can do it.
