The top story for the entire world is now that some bitch from high school is saying the SCOTUS nominee like, tried to finger-bang her when he was drunk 40 years ago.
She doesn’t remember the year. Or any other details. Or have any evidence. But she knows it happened. According to her, her lawyers and the entire Jewish media.
They are demanding that the FBI do an investigation into this alleged aggressive high school sexual behavior, then she will testify about it. What they could possibly investigate, I have absolutely no idea. Again, she does not claim there is evidence, and there couldn’t be any evidence anyway.
A congressional hearing on the woman’s admittedly completely baseless claims has been scheduled for September 24th, at which point they will decide if they are going to… I don’t know. CNN is claiming that this could mean there is a vacancy on the court until 2021 (three years from now, for you math buffs). I have no idea why that would happen.
This is circus show stuff here, folks.
It’s difficult for me to even process that it is real.
I don’t think anything is going to happen, other than that more people are going to be pissed off at how completely retarded all of this has gotten at this point.
Again, there cannot be evidence of a crime. There can only be a woman saying she remembers something that doesn’t even sound like a crime. She is not claiming there was a rape, she is claiming he got overly sexually aggressive at a drunken high school party.
These people are pulling out all the stops.
And everyone is tired now.
I am so, so tired.
And I imagine the people trying to believe in this increasingly bizarre shit are tired too. They have to be.
