Of the top 50 political donors to either party at the federal level in 2018, 52 percent were Jewish and 48 percent were gentile. Individuals who identify as Jewish are usually estimated to make up perhaps 2.2 percent of the population.

This is not to assume that each major Jewish campaign contributor cares as much about Israel as, say, Sheldon Adelson or Haim Saban do.
But you can understand Pelosi’s trepidation about the emerging civil war between Jewish Democrats and the new Diverse Democrats.

Steve, you silly goose.
The fact that this isn’t true is the reason it’s a trope that you’re not allowed to talk about without being an anti-Semitic hater.
If Ilhan had said that Filipino immigrants had an outsized influence over American politics, no one would have batted an eye. Just like no one would care if you said that Haitians control the financial industry or that Eskimos spent the entire Middle Ages kidnapping Christian children, sacrificing them to a demon god and making bread from their blood.
The “anti-Semitic trope” and its evil twin “anti-Semitic canard” are true statements about Jews that are hateful to say because it hurts the feelings of Jews.
“Do Jews control America politics?” is a question like “does this dress make me look fat?” – the correct answer is not the true one, but the polite one.
And the polite answer to any question about Jews is: “yes, they might be the single wealthiest and most influential group in the entire world, but they don’t actually have any power, because they are an oppressed minority like blacks or Cherokee Indians because of the Holocaust, when six million of them were transformed into lampshades and soap by Adolf Hitler because he hated the length of their noses.”
Every good goy knows this.
And that is why Ilhan Omar is a very bad goy, and a purveyor of hatefully factual anti-Semitic tropes and canards.
I can’t say why she became like this, but I suspect it’s because she never even owned a bootstrap, because she believes in socialism. Kevin McCarthy became the House Minority leader by twirling around his bootstraps like nunchuks and giving Donald Trump a firm handshake.
Even Steve Scalise, who was almost killed by an assassin working as an agent of the Jewish SPLC, told Omar she had to resign for her hatred of Jews, because he has bootstraps made of solid steel. A couple bullets got through, but most of them ricocheted off of his bootstraps. After the Jews sent someone to kill him, he just gave them a firm handshake, and the matter was settled.
People who have done that kind of hard work to get where they are know that the true secret to success working hard to never mention how powerful the Jews are.
The real threat is socialism.
