Just announced, the representative for Attica and spokesman of the Golden Dawn, Ilias Kasidiaris appeared before the court.
After a marathon meeting of appeals and the investigating judge, the prosecutors motioned for the illegal detention of our comrade Kasidiaris.
It should be emphasized that this decision was taken for the non-existent category of “provisioning a criminal organization” as Kasidiaris is accused of possessing two shotguns, both of which are legally registered with permits and one of those is in his fathers name!
