White nationalist Jared Taylor and his organization American Renaissance are suing Twitter for permanently suspending their accounts, accusing the social media giant of “the silencing of dissident voices.”
The suit, filed Wednesday in California Superior Court’s San Francisco District, alleges that Twitter is engaging in viewpoint discrimination against the site for its racist views, in violation of the state constitution.
A spokesperson for Twitter did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Taylor and American Renaissance were banned in December 2017 as part of a crackdown by Twitter against users affiliated with hate groups “on and off the platform.”

Taylor has retained Las Vegas-based attorney Marc Randazza, who is known for his defense of other controversial clients like conspiracy peddler Mike Cernovich and trolls on the platform 8chan. Randazza is currently representing Andrew Anglin, publisher of neo-Nazi site Daily Stormer, in a federal lawsuit in which Anglin is accused of orchestrating an anti-Semitic harassment campaign against a Montana Jewish woman.
Michigan State University law professor Adam Candeub and Washington, DC attorney Noah Peters are also representing Taylor. In a Wednesday op-ed in the Daily Caller, Peters wrote that the suit “is not about whether Taylor is right or wrong” about race but about ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their views, have access to free speech.
Journalist Chuck Johnson is also suing Twitter for banning him.
Gab CEO Andrew Torba is suing Google for censoring his app.
All of this censorship shit is about to flip.
These companies do not want to deal with this. They are responsible to their shareholders to make a profit, and the Jewish plan is to shut down all speech to the point where there is nothing interesting going on on any of these platforms and no one is interested. Leftists who call for the banning of free speech also use these platforms because they have free speech.
The companies don’t want to deal with this. And with lawsuits piling up, they are going to be looking for a way out.
Meanwhile, Ajit Pai does not give a single fuck about anything, and has cited the Daily Stormer being banned from everything in FCC filings relating to net neutrality.
Everything is moving in the direction of TRUE net neutrality, where natural monopolies are not allowed to censor speech based on a political bias.
Just like the phone company isn’t allowed to listen in and shut you off because you joked about gassing kikes.
Just like the electric company isn’t allowed to turn off your lights because you were using them to read a report on black crime statistics.
The CEO of Cloudflare, Matthew Prince, is pushing for laws that ban companies from censoring people. He specifically wants the government to tell him he’s not allowed to censor so that he doesn’t have to make decisions about who to censor.
Banning me from Cloudflare was a chess move to show that once he banned one person, he would get mass requests to ban people – he had gotten 35,000 the last time I saw him talking about it in an interview – and that he has no ability to make these decisions.
Paul Nehlen was recently banned from Twitter at the behest of the evil Jew ADL. And he is a registered Congressional candidate. And they are a 501(c)(3), meaning it is illegal for them to engage in partisan politics. That is going to be a whole gigantic issue.
What has been done to DS – the collusion of various companies to prohibit us from even being allowed on the internet at all – is clearly a criminal conspiracy, which someone is going to have to pay for.
