Jared Taylor is suing Twitter because they are censoring people.
One of the cases he will cite is a shopping center in California was trying to stop people from engaging in political speech on their property. The California state government ruled against this and said that the shopping center was required to allow them to engage in political speech because of the First Amendment.
Twitter is a public service even though they are a private company, and just like a grocery store cannot ban you from buying food or censor you, an online company should not be able to do that either.
