Trial by jury has the same problem democracy does.

It’s too easy to make a group of random normies act against their own interests by either manipulating them or lying to them.

That’s not even to mention potential racial/ethnic biases for or against the defendant (a nagger getting an all Black jury, for example, will be good for him if the victim was a white person).

We need a TRUE NEUTRAL AI arbiter to be judge, jury, and executioner.

New York Post:

A Manhattan jury on Thursday acquitted an attacker of attempted murder amid a sex assault — even though he hurled a terrified woman onto subway tracks.
After deliberating for two days, jurors told The Post that Kimani Stephenson wasn’t guilty of the top charge because the vicious act wasn’t premeditated but a crime of rage.

“There was no argument or proof that he had any intent in the moment to kill her,” said foreman Dmytro Zhuravystsky.

The jury did find Stephenson guilty of first-degree assault and sex abuse, for which he faces up to 25 years behind bars.

On April 14, 2017, Stephenson grabbed 23-year-old Bonnie Currie, groped her and threw her off an F-train platform at 14th Street, according to trial testimony.
