The Chechen strongman and crypto-ginger Ramzan Kadyrov has decided to lay down the law. Shariah law that is. He is one step away from declaring Jihad against Trump and Merkel.
RT:
If Angela Merkel or Donald Trump ever visit the Russian Republic of Chechnya, they will be arrested and all their accounts on Chechen territory frozen, local leader Ramzan Kadyrov has mocked.
Kadyrov, known for his controversial statements, made the apparent joke during an in-depth interview he gave to the Rossiya 24 news channel. When asked about the possibility of being put on an additional sanctions list by the US, he answered he “must be there [on the list]” and taunted Western leaders, saying “we have put sanctions [in place] against Trump [and] Merkel, and all a long time ago.”
“If they come to our republic [of Chechnya], we will instantly arrest them and put in jail,” he said. The Chechen leader added he feared no Western sanctions, since he had no assets where Western nations could seize them and didn’t visit these nations.
Why Trump and Merkel though? It would make sense to threaten May and Macron, after all, they participated in the strikes in Syria.
Merkel, for all her faults, did not commit Germany to Syria.
So…what’s up with Kadyrov? Is that skullcap on too tight?
IDK.
I think that there’s a chance that Kadyrov may not be super smart, more of a shoot from the hip kind of guy.
That’s fine though, totally fine.
We all have that friend who’s with us in spirit, even though the rest of the group knows he’s not the brightest tool in the shed. He still helps the group stay positive and brings everyone closer together somehow.
Overall, we value that friend for his can-do attitude and willingness to stand up for the group. It’s like a warm, paternalistic feeling that you get when you see someone who is just not as talented, but who still tries his very best.
Sometimes that friend opens his mouth and inserts his foot. He says stuff that’s just not too smart.
Son, I am disappoint.
And we all sort of shake our head and wonder, “why do we hang out with this guy again?”
But those moments pass.
We can’t resist their goofy grin and hilarious shenanigans.
We realize that really, our group would be much duller without them around…and we can always come off as the reasonable ones in comparison.
He’s the wildcard, the ace in the hole, the send all cards to the graveyard and draw a new hand guy. And most importantly, we know deep down that he’s got a heart of gold.
