Kanye West, a weird black known for his unintelligible ranting, recently made some statements which upset the Jews, but left everyone else chucking in a confused manner.
West, who has been widely suspected of having Down’s Syndrome, said that the reason that Obama can’t get any money is because he black people are not successful, because they don’t have connections because there are no successful black people.
