This kook judge John Bates has concluded that the feelings of illegal alien anchor babies are more important than sound logic and reason. He should be impeached for being a retard.
A federal judge has ordered that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program must be restarted. This is an unconstitutional program that Barack Obama enacted per executive order that allows a bunch of “anchor toddlers” from Central America to stay in the country.
A D.C.-based federal judge on Friday ordered the Trump administration to restart in full the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
The decision is the latest legal blow against President Donald Trump’s decision to phase out the Obama-era program, which offers deportation relief to undocumented immigrants brought to the United States as children.
The restart won’t be immediate. U.S. District Judge John Bates said Friday that the order would be delayed until Aug. 23 to allow the government to appeal, but he denied a Justice Department motion to reconsider his earlier decision, saying there were still deficiencies in the administration’s rationale for rescinding DACA.
“The court has already once given DHS the opportunity to remedy these deficiencies — either by providing a coherent explanation of its legal opinion or by reissuing its decision for bona fide policy reasons that would preclude judicial review,” said Bates, “So it will not do so again.”
Bates in April became the third federal judge to order the administration to restart renewals for people previously approved for DACA.
He also threatened to vacate the memo ending DACA — and thereby restore the program in full — if Trump officials could not present an adequate reason for ending it.
Clearly, this judge is some type of senile kook. DACA was started by an executive order, therefore it can be rescinded by another executive order. The executive branch does not have to provide any specific explanation to rescind a previously issued executive order. This is an obvious case of judicial overreach.
This apparently non-Jew judge thinks he’s the reverse Judge Dredd. This whole “legislating from the bench” phenomenon is getting out of control.
This fool is literally claiming that the judiciary has the authority to block the executive branch from issuing executive orders if they don’t agree with their reasoning. This is clearly not a call the judiciary is allowed to make.
And on top of all this, the original executive order is obviously unconstitutional and therefore illegal. No law was passed by Congress that allows the executive branch to unilaterally give benefits to a bunch of anchor babies.
These obnoxious taco monkeys need to be sent back to their country of origin. This would have already happened if it weren’t for these moronic judges.
At this point, it looks as if the DACA issue is not going to get sorted out until the case reaches the Supreme Court. Hopefully when it gets there we’ll see some sort of sanity prevail. Congress hasn’t acted on this issue because the judiciary keeps issuing these insane rulings that are allowing this program to continue.
The bottom line is that DACA just needs to end. All of these anchor babies need to go back where they came from. If that makes them sad, they should blame their idiotic parents for putting them in this situation. It’s not our fault that their parents are stupid people.
