The UN Migrant Pact has fallen apart.
The USA, Austria, Australia, Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic, even Israel have pulled out. Momma Merkel, on the other hand, is still holding on against the unstoppable tide – which is a good description for what she’s still doing as Chancellor.

Chancellor Angela Merkel on Wednesday rejected calls from nationalist lawmakers for Germany to drop its support for a U.N.-backed agreement on migration.
Several countries — including the United States, Hungary, Austria, Israel, Australia and Poland — have announced they won’t back the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration, set to be approved next month in Marrakech, Morocco.
Speaking during parliament’s annual budget debate in Berlin, Merkel told lawmakers that the pact would ensure “reasonable conditions” elsewhere that already exist in Germany, such as the right for migrants to access health services and get financial support.
“That’s why it’s in our national interest that the conditions around the world, for refugees on the one hand and migrants on the other, are improved,” Merkel said.
Opposition to the pact has come mainly from the far-right Alternative for Germany party, but a number of lawmakers from Merkel’s own party have also begun to question the agreement.
I can’t even make sense of that statement. How is it in the national interest of Germany for non-Germans to get financial support from Germany?
Also – how is Germany handling the migrants it already has?
German author and undercover journalist Shams Ul-Haq claims to have visited hundreds of mosques across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and says that one in ten mosques there preaches radical Islamic ideas.
Mr Ul-Haq, who is originally from Pakistan, said that the number of mosques that preach hatred of the west and adherence to radical Islamic ideas is growing across the German-speaking countries of Europe with at least 50 in Austria alone, Kronen Zeitung reports.
During his visits, Ul-Haq also noticed that the imams were often not the real drivers behind what was preached but were pushed by financial backers who dictate what they said in sermons.

Another major difference Ul-Haq noticed was that between mosques preaching in German and those preaching in Arabic with the 43-year-old saying far more radical ideas were preached in Arabic saying, “naked hatred is often spread in Arabic.”
This guy says that about half of the “Syrians” in Turkish refugee camps are functionally illiterate.
Maybe Germany should try to curb the growth of radical foreign mosques and integrate the refugees before bringing in more.
Or, better yet, they could just not let the third world colonize their country, and not have to deal with those problems.
Or they can just adapt to a state of permanent civil war. There’s always that.
Christmas markets in Germany were widely known for their great ambiance and their tasty “Glühwein”, but this is changing rapidly.
Since illegal Muslim migrant Anis Amri drove his truck into Berlin’s Christmas Market and killed 12 people at the Breitscheidplatz, things will probably never be the same again.
Especially in Berlin this is clearly visible, as the Breitscheidplatz’s Christmas market looks more like a guarded army base.
