The Chicago Mayor is going buckwild.
The blacks are popping off like never before and this bitch is going out there talking about the threat of white journalists to her emotional safety.
Mayor Lori Lightfoot on Wednesday defended her decision to grant interviews on her two-year anniversary in office only to journalists of color, saying it was intended as an effort to confront the issue of what she described as a mostly white and male City Hall press corps.
But the move, revealed Tuesday by her office, was greeted skeptically by some in the Chicago media and beyond, with questions about whether excluding white reporters is a discriminatory act from a mayor who has had an often contentious relationship with reporters of all backgrounds.
Lightfoot emailed a two-page letter to Chicago journalists on Wednesday saying her choice was a continuation of her campaign’s promise to “break up the status quo.”
According to this logic, any insane action would qualify.
“I have been struck since my first day on the campaign trail back in 2018 by the overwhelming whiteness and maleness of Chicago media outlets, editorial boards, the political press corps, and yes, the City Hall press corps specifically,” Lightfoot wrote.
She wrote that there are no women of color assigned to the City Hall beat, saying, “I find this unacceptable and I hope you do too.”
WBEZ disputed the mayor’s observation in a Wednesday story, noting that two of its three City Hall reporters are women, one Hispanic and the other South Asian.
Yeah, okay.
But why would you respond with that?
Once you start playing this game with these people, it never ends.
If you say you have Mexican and Asian reporters, she will say she wants more trannies.
The Chicago Tribune – to their credit – goes on to say they didn’t send anyone to interview her as a way to object to these restrictions.
Without even going very deep into race analysis, you can see that this “no whites allowed” thing is just weird nonsense.
Lightfoot isn’t afraid of the whites when she’s in bed with her lesbian lover and fake “wife” – who is white.
In fact, the entire attack on white people appears to be a hoax to distract people from the disaster that is her city. Chicago had a more than 50% increase in shootings in 2020.
In 2021, things are even worse.
As of April 1, murders were up 33% and shootings were up 43% over last year. Does that mean black people’s aim is getting even worse???
Overall, shootings are just about double what they were in 2019.
So, you think: “well, Chicago is a big city, so you’re still not very likely to get shot.”
But most of those shootings are within a few very black neighborhoods.
If you’re black and live in one of these neighborhoods, you’re likely to have a friend or family member get shot at least once a year and probably sometimes more than once a year. And basically: no one is ever arrested.
The “solved” rate of murders is less than 80% and the rate of finding a shooter who doesn’t manage to kill someone is much lower.
There is nowhere else on earth that is as violent and lawless as these few Chicago neighborhoods. The media tries to pass that off by talking about the fact that it’s a big city, and that is just a word game.
Anyway, you would think the blacks that live in these neighborhoods would not really take much solace in Lori Lightfoot standing up against white journalists. No white people live in these neighborhoods, and it’s likely that most people that do live in these neighborhoods go weeks or months without ever seeing a single white person.
So, the point here is: this is supposed to be a mayor elected by blacks to deal with black issues, but she has made zero attempt to do anything about the city’s murder problem and is instead zooming in on weird identity politics nonsense.
This is to say: all of this identity politics and “Black Lives Matter” and down with whitey stuff is really just a massive hoax and a scam. It’s not about helping black people. It’s about hurting white people.
