The crack-dealing gangster rapper turned Presidential candidate, Ben “Got a Body in the Trunk” Carson, has dived under the bus.
Carson did not formally suspend his campaign. Instead, he said in the statement that he has decided to make a speech about his political future on Friday at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Maryland, just outside Washington.
“I do not see a political path forward in light of last evening’s Super Tuesday primary results,” the Wednesday statement said. “However, this grassroots movement on behalf of ‘We the People’ will continue. Along with millions of patriots who have supported my campaign for President, I remain committed to Saving America for Future Generations.”
After Super Tuesday, he gave a victory speech like the rest of the losers – “stay the course,” he said. Then Wednesday night he bus-dives.
Clearly, at CPAC he’s either going to endorse Cruz or Trump. I’d say it’s probably about 50-50 odds there. Clearly, an intelligent person would endorse Trump out of self-interest, but this guy is Black, so he may well get confused.
We’ll see.
