Tension increases in Tijuana as the invaders continue to drain the city’s funds and burden its people.
After declaring the migrant caravan a “humanitarian crisis” this week, Mayor Juan Manuel Gastélum told Fox News that he can no longer continue to fund the municipal effort to shelter them without federal assistance.
“I’m not going to break public services to solve this problem,” the Tijuana mayor said.
Even worse, he could be forced to raise taxes on Tijuana’s 1.7 million residents who have already suffered from Sunday’s clashes.
Tijuana is experiencing a bit of the enrichment that some people want to bring to the US.
What’s happening now in Mexico is a great example of what would happen at a larger scale in America if these invaders are not stopped. This Mayor is in an awful situation. He wants to make Tijuana great again. He cares about his people, but the eyes of the world are set on him and one can only imagine the pressure he feels.
Mexicans don’t want these invaders in their country.
Americans also don’t want these invaders in their country.
Yet these caravaneers continue to violate the will of their hosts.
“In those six hours that the border was closed, we lost approximately 129 million pesos,” he said. “That’s not fair. How do you think people from Tijuana feel towards those people who are making problems?”
That’s good. Mexicans are now experiencing what white countries have been dealing with for decades. They seem to be less anesthetized than whites in this subject, probably because so far they have been in the benefiting side of the Jewish social-engineering operation. Now they’re experiencing something meant for white countries, and their immune system seems to be awake.
More caravans are on their way to Mexico right now. If this keeps going at a similar rate, they’ll want to build a wall themselves to keep all these creatures out.
It’s likely that the thought has already crossed their minds.
Mayor Gastélum blames the organizers for whom he cannot identify. He said they should be held accountable. He said the leaders of the caravan should face criminal charges.
“Those are the real criminals because they’re dealing with the lives of people,” he says.
Indeed, Mayor, but a bullet is a more cost-effective and adequate treatment for invaders.
Things in Tijuana are not looking good. Commerce and tourism have already suffered a big hit thanks to this caravan enrichment.
Tour operators and medical and dental offices in the Mexican border city of Tijuana are reporting a slowdown in business since a caravan of Central American migrants arrived.
Tourists and visitors have been cancelling planned trips to the Mexican state of Baja California since the border crossing shut down briefly a week ago, and according to tour-friendly business owners, many fear getting trapped in Mexico should the crossing close again, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported Sunday.
The Rosarito Beach Hotel, which hosts many American tourists, has seen business drop 60 percent, said owner Hugo Torres. And members of the Tijuana medical association are offering discounts and benefits for local and U.S. patients to try to make up for lost business.
Tijuana making less money has similar negative effects to raising taxes, which its Mayor said he didn’t want to do, but with none of the “benefits” for the caravan. That sounds like a great formula to increase general unrest.
Georgina Carabarin, a prosthodontist in Tijuana, said about 70 percent of her patients come from San Diego.
“Right now, we’re hoping everything goes back to normal,” she said. “On the news, they keep saying there are more people coming, so some patients are saying let’s wait for the situation to cool down and then we’ll set up another appointment later.”
That’s the thing, Georgina. The situation will get hotter and hotter.
If you want to cool it, you’ll have to take action.
