HandyCloset offers a free app called Background Eraser. Download it on your phones. Make some cutouts of your favorite enemies (i.e. Obongo, Pelosi, Pochahantus, Shillary, McCuckain, etc.). First-timers; post your results in the comments.

Android: Download PicSayPro for 4 shekels. Full photo-editing suite!
iPhone: Download Juxtaposer for about 3 shekels. This program is not as robust as PicSay but works well enough. Sorry there is no ability to add text as far as I know. You’ll have to download MemeGenerator for free to add text to photos.
