A 20-year-old man was arrested Monday after a missing 12-year-old girl was found inside his Woodbridge home, authorities said.

The Prince William County Police Department reports that Tyquan Stoney meet the 12-year-old on Instagram and was having an “inappropriate relationship” with her.

Stoney has been charged with several offenses, including two charges of rape and “indecent liberties with a minor.”
