She deserves MORE
The next time you see a slut and feel disgust, remember that she’s a slut because she couldn’t find any man worthy of becoming her husband.
Marriage rates have steadily declined over the past few decades, and now researchers from Cornell University are offering up a possible explanation: there just aren’t as many economically-attractive men for unmarried women to meet as there used to be.
…
First, the study’s authors examined data collected on recent marriages between 2007-2012 and 2013-2017, gathered as part of the American Community Survey’s cumulative 5-year marriage statistics. That data was used to estimate the financial and sociodemographic characteristics of unmarried women’s potential husbands by creating economic profiles that resembled real husbands who had married comparable women. These potential husband estimates were then compared to actual population data on unmarried men across national, state, and local locations.
Researchers found that these estimated potential “dream” husbands had an average income about 58% higher than the actual unmarried men currently available to unmarried women. These synthetic husbands were also 30% more likely to be employed than real single men and 19% more likely to have a college degree.
It was also observed that many racial and ethnic minorities, specifically African American women, seem to be dealing with especially low numbers of economically attractive potential mates. Additionally, women on both the low end and high end of the socioeconomic spectrum face a harder time finding an economically compatible mate.
“Most American women hope to marry but current shortages of marriageable men–men with a stable job and a good income–make this increasingly difficult, especially in the current gig economy of unstable low-paying service jobs,” explains lead author Dr. Daniel T. Lichter of Cornell University, in a media release. “Marriage is still based on love, but it also is fundamentally an economic transaction. Many young men today have little to bring to the marriage bargain, especially as young women’s educational levels on average now exceed their male suitors.”
There are a few points to address here.
The first, and most obvious, is that this “shortage” of “economically attractive” men the authors speak of exists only across similarly-aged men and women. Older men will always be attractive to teenage women — job or not — but our society shuns the idea of teenagers marrying and abhors the idea of older men marrying women in their teens.
Following that, it is clear that it doesn’t really matter to women how much men earn or how well off they are — what matters is their relative position compared to them. Women want men that earn more than them. They want men who are better than them.
They crave for hierarchy to be clearly established.
Pecking order
It is an interesting paradox of Progress and Empowerment how the feminist-types talk about equality and how bad “power imbalances” are, yet they can’t explain why women prefer men who earn more than them and who are clearly in a position of power over them. If you push them on the issue, they’ll probably shrug it off and tell you that women shouldn’t get married anyways.
African-American women dealing with “especially low numbers of economically attractive potential mates” is likely a consequence of male blacks doing black male stuff.
It is pointless to examine this demographic because black men prefer white women anyways.
The final point to address —and also the most egregious— is the lead author’s assertion that young men have little to bring to the marriage bargain. To think that, you’d have to ignore that marriage is supposed to produce offspring and that women are meant to get pregnant, breastfeed and take care of their kids. No matter how many master’s degrees a woman has, being a proper mother is incompatible with being a proper worker. If they stay home and nurture their kids, they’ll need a husband that goes out there to bring resources back home.
This is nature.
Despite women appearing to “earn” more than men nowadays, they are a net financial loss to society.
Below is an example from New Zealand.
One can only imagine the numbers in America.
It’s sad that our society thinks that women are somehow more independent, stronger, or better workers than men. If shit ever hits the fan, I sure hope these Valkyries will prove me wrong and bathe in the blood of our enemies.
Unfortunately, they’re more likely to bathe in their semen instead.
