Bust enlargement expert James Bristol has told a tribunal that breast implants fitted at Harley Street surgery were ‘too big and heavy.’
Mr Bristol said the boobs were so big they were bound to cause difficulties because ‘gravity only works one way.’
Mohammad Azhar Aslam carried out an ‘inappropriate’ operation at the South Tyneside District Hospital in South Shields to insert the 800cc silicone bags, it is claimed,
Shortly after the procedure a small hole appeared below the patient’s left breast, which gradually grew until the whole implant was visible.
