The Huber Heights Police Department responded to the shooting May 28, and said they found the victim, 19-year-old Sorin Farcas, fatally shot once in the head. Witnesses gave a description of the suspect, and further investigation allegedly identified Tylin Watson as the shooter.
Watson was indicted on four counts of murder, two counts of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, one count of aggravated robbery causing serious harm, one count of felonious assault causing serious harm, one count of kidnapping, one count of tampering with evidence and one count of having weapons while under disability. He currently also has two additional pending cases, which will be presented to the Grand Jury at a future date.
