This is just getting silly at this point.
What does it mean that the Supreme Court is an extremist group, Nancy? Does that mean they can be targeted by the FBI for infiltration and subversion?
Are you going to infiltrate Brett Kavanaugh’s office and try to get him to agree to a plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer?
Seriously – what is even going on?
There is nothing stopping the Congress from attempting to add an “Abortion Amendment” to the Constitution. That is the why the system works. It was never the job of the Supreme Court to make laws, and they never should have made the abortion law in the first place – or the gay marriage law, or the right to contraception, or any of these other things.
Nancy Pelosi is senile, but someone in the Democrat Party must remember 4th grade social studies class about the three branches of government.
No one can make an argument in seriousness that abortion is a privacy issue.
I don’t really trust the court and I’m not sure this isn’t all some kind of a conspiracy to turn out the vote in 2022 for Democrats or to provide a justification for stacking the court. But to claim it is the court’s “fault” is nonsensical.
