GARRONBANNER1

Proof that the politician Luciana Berger had indeed been ring-fenced, all National Action activists and supporters who were arrested outside her offices have been freed with no further attempt to pursue the false charges. So there you have it, for months the media and the politicians have been using this incident as absolute evidence alone that National Action were an organization whose very existence was criminal – all of it lies. Now they are free It is hoped that all those involved will now be taking action against the authorities for this malicious prosecution.

Action Report – 1st November, Liverpool

After the imprisonment of local activist Garron Helm, many NA activists and hundreds if not thousands of Nationalists around the world felt like there had been a miscarriage of justice. Garron was imprisoned for nothing more than giving his opinion on a social media outlet, he incited no violence nor did he make any threat, yet he was sentenced to 4 weeks in a category B prison. We as a group saw this as a total infringement of his human rights and a breach of his freedom of speech. In our eyes Garron was a political prisoner and a prisoner for following our same ideology and beliefs. So what do you do when a friend, a Nationalist and Brother is persecuted? You act! Although the American website “The Daily Stormer” had advocated a full on attack of her Twitter account, we knew our laws would restrict us from taking part in or even supporting their campaign, so it was left to them, but! On the 1st of November 10 members of National Action took it upon themselves to flash demonstrate in an aim to raise awareness. Awareness of our basic human rights being taken from us, and to bring awareness of who supports these sanctions of freedom.

At around 1:00 all of our activists met in Liverpool and headed for Luciana Berger’s office building were we had plans to take part in a short and peaceful demonstration, we had a banner prepared that featured Garron and the slogan “Only bullets will stop us, free our political prisoners”. Whilst posing for a photo opportunity, within 2 minutes of us turning up we were accosted by around 25 police officers, including 3 riot vans. Thinking nothing of this and seeing a police presence as inevitable we cooperated. They then began to search us, although finding nothing illegal or anything that could have been used to commit any criminality, we were arrested for “Conspiracy to cause criminal damage”. They came down on us fast and hard. We were then taken to separate Merseyside police stations where we were more thoroughly searched and items were seized including – all our phones, 1 legal flare, various flags, 1 banner, 1 bag of steel shavings (or according to the local media a Class A drug). Our details, finger prints and DNA were taken, and police when asked why we were there seemed even bewildered themselves on the reasons. We were kept in custody until our interviews took place, we were then released on bail WITHOUT CHARGE at different times but around 5:00-6:00 the next day.

Although no charges were brought we were then told that all our houses had been raided for “evidence”. (Or they needed an excuse to raid our homes and gather intelligence). Seizing our property which weirdly included items like – A piece of paper, fireman’s helmet, cardboard tube, road map and various other random items. During our bail period we were told that we could not speak to certain people, enter certain areas or sleep at any other address but our own. This obviously put a strain on our lives, causing worry and some members even to losie their jobs due to a media frenzy. Local papers and communist publications stated “National Action Neo Nazis embark on a violent and anti semitic protest and hate campaign against Wavertree MP Luciana Berger”, this could be no further from the truth, the protest was not about her race nor was it violent, it was about our rights.

On the upside, it now stands that no further action will be taken against any of our members who took part in the protest, and also the sheer amount of publicity that we gained from this injustice has swelled our ranks considerably. It goes to show what a small act can do, standing outside a building can both get you arrested and show the world who you are not allowed to question.

“To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize. —Voltaire” .
