New York Court Rules Jews are Above Animal Cruelty Laws

If you went into the middle of a Brooklyn street to torture and kill animals, the NYPD would immediately arrest or institutionalize you.

The same is true if someone were to perform fellatio on an infant or raise a racist vigilante militia that is dedicated to keeping blacks out of a neighborhood at night.

But the law only applies to mere mortals, not the Chosen. For all the aforementioned acts, the militarized NYPD facilitates the behavior. Every year Jews torture and slice the throats of scores of chickens, then stack the dead animals in garbage bins – a health hazard. The cops shut down the street to the public during these “rites.”

SWPL transplants to Brooklyn neighborhood recently sued the city to enforce the law, but were shut down by the (((courts))).

Know your rights Goyim – the fact that you have none!

The Forward:

The Appellate Division First Department in Manhattan on Tuesday upheld a lower court decision that declined to block the pre-Yom Kippur slaughter of chickens in 2015, when the Alliance to End Chickens as Kaporos and 19 Brooklyn residents living near where the ritual was performed sued to stop it, the New York Daily News reported.

Kapparot involves swinging a live chicken over one’s head three times and reciting a prayer to transfer sins to the bird. The chicken is then slaughtered and donated to the poor. In recent years, money has replaced the chicken in the rite for many Jewish groups.

The lawsuit, which named several rabbis, synagogues, the New York Police Department and the City of New York, accused the police and health departments of assisting the ritual by blocking off streets and sidewalks, and not enforcing city and state laws that regulate health and prevent animal cruelty.

These Jews claim the chickens are “donated to the poor,” but they are lying. The manner and environment in which they are slaughtered means they cannot be legally served to someone, and videos show the Rabbis putting the chickens in garbage bags and leaving them out for sanitation to pick up. Large piles of these dead animals are left to rot in dumpsters or on the street.

In a disgusting and crowded city like NYC, this is a huge health hazard.

They also violate multiple animal cruelty laws. The chickens are typically kept in crates for days without food or water. During the ritual, they are swung around by their wings which leads to their tendons snapping. When it’s time to slaughter them, their throats are cut and people watch as they slowly bleed to death.

American law is Talmudic law. When a Christian wants to pray in public or put up a manger scene in a park for Christmas, Jewish “Freedom From Religion” and ACLU style groups rush in with their briefcases and start threatening lawsuits.

But suddenly, when it comes to closing off a public street in a busy city to publicly mutilate animals and leave them there, the court’s rule it as protected under the “Free Exercise Clause” of the Constitution.
