Texas and Florida are trying to force social media companies to allow more freedom. New York is trying to force them to have less freedom.
Of course, these are national and international companies, so it’s confusing how local laws can be applied.
No one seems to have thought about how this is going to work, other than that these cases will go to the Supreme Court.
Maybe NY should have its own woke, nanny-state version of Twitter, where you’re not allowed to hate the government?
