This could’ve been much worse.
Imagine all the smashed coalburners in that club who could’ve been hit.

TPD says officers received a call shortly after 2 a.m. on reports that a man was pulling on gun out on someone at the Living Room Club near North Yale Ave and East Apache Street.
When EMSA arrived at the scene, they found the 37-year-old man dead on the sidewalk in front of the door to the club.
Police say he was shot multiple times.
Investigators are also working to see if the victim’s suspected disturbance with a female at another club prior to being shot at the Living Room Club is related to the shooting.
Police say the suspect description is vague but witnesses say it was a tall black male with short hair or possibly bald.
