The Staten Island military man accused of killing his Air National Guard girlfriend and their two young sons was arraigned Tuesday on murder charges — and court security was taking no chances after he allegedly head-butted a cop the day before.
As nearly two dozen court officers formed a human wall around the room, Shane Walker, 36, was charged with murder, manslaughter, arson and criminal possession of a weapon for allegedly slaying US Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Alla Ausheva along with the couple’s sons, Ivan, 2, and Elia, 3.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Staten Island Criminal Court, Walker started a fire inside the couple’s Palisade Street home about 3 p.m. Friday when he “knew” that Ausheva and the children were inside.
Walker had violated an order of protection that barred him from going near Elia and Ivan and to “refrain from assaulting” them, according to the complaint. The order of protection was valid until July 8.
Ausheva, a Russian native who came to the US to live the American dream, was later found badly bludgeoned on her bed — with the bodies of her apparently drowned children lying nearby.
Police sources told The Post Monday that Ausheva may have died from being stabbed in the neck — and said Walker led them to a knife.

A judge ordered Walker held without bail pending grand jury action on the charges on June 28.
