OH SHIT NIGGA: It’s on Now: Report Says Obama Telling Biden to Drop Out

Obama was telling Joe to stay in, while the entire media and the rest of the party were demanding he drop out.

Then Trump got that minor ear injury and the Democrat machine started saying that this was somehow a reason for Biden to stay in the race.

Then, about 24 hours ago, Biden announced that he would actually drop out if the doctors said he should (which any doctor not paid to say the opposite would obviously say).

Now, Obama is on-board with the switch-out???

Wild ride, kids.

Former President Barack Obama is pressuring President Biden to reconsider his 2024 run for re-election, according to a new report.

Obama and Biden have only spoken once since the president’s debate debacle on June 27 — but the former stressed during that conversation that his old running mate’s chances of beating Donald Trump were “greatly diminished,” the Washington Post reported.

The 44th president also stressed that while Biden’s legacy was important to him, only his former vice president could make the call on whether to stay in the race.

“Our campaign is not working through any scenarios where President Biden is not at the top of the ticket. He is and will be the Democratic nominee,” said Quentin Fulks, principal deputy campaign manager for the Biden-Harris campaign.

“The president has said it several times: He’s staying in this race,” he told reporters at a counter-programming press conference in Milwaukee amid the Republican National Convention. “I talk to the president every single day in some form. … He is usually fact-checking me on a statistic that I got wrong.”

Reps for Obama did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

So, who knows if he said that or not. I don’t put much in these “reports,” and Obama’s public statement was the opposite.

What’s more relevant than what people actually say, however, is what the media says they said. And the media is running with this. Which certainly increases the odds of a dropout (as the betting markets are now showing).

But the strength with which Team Biden is saying he’s not dropping out is strange. What I saw after the debate was an immediate shift in the media towards “we have to switch him out right now,” and I expected Gavin Newsom to be rolled out immediately. Instead, the narrative sort of stalled in the media, and then the Trump shooting happened, and they seemed to drop it completely.

What it looks like, however, is that if a switch were to happen, instead of dropping out of the race, Biden would resign before the election, and Kamala would be the candidate… which means you still get Trump.

I’m convinced it’s going to be Trump and I’ve now put a serious (for me) amount of money on it. But if they do roll out Gavin and name him New Jesus, then I reserve the right to reevaluate.

Biden resigning and Kamala coming in changes nothing. We are looking at serious wars in the next four years, and the only viable candidates to front those wars are Trump and Newsom.

I’m convinced of that.
