3. Facebook
4. Tattoos
5. Craft beer
6. Hipster beards
7. Skateboards (promote wholesome roller-blading culture instead)
8. Niggers
9. Instagram
10. Burger King

And yeah, they gotta put the uppity Moslems in their place.

Once they take care of libshit and remnant atheist Soviet intelligentsia types, I imagine it will be easier though.
