A vast incident team consisting of police and firefighters are in attendance as a negro blocks traffic by dancing on the roof of a bus. The obvious expedients of shooting him down, knocking him down or just driving the bus away with him on it were ruled for human rights reasons. Being compelled to take a more delicate approach, it took about half an hour for them to solve this particular negro problem.

When the African eventually came down, he was charged with interruptoing a public service and disobedience to a public official. Then he was taken back to his asylum seeker home where he will continue to live at the expense of the Italian taxpayer.
