The modern brain has been trained on the spellchecker squiggly line, right? You see that and you basically automatically right click with your mouse and just click whatever the replacement word is.
I guarantee you, a lot of people are in these M$ apps and just automatically clicking and replacing “manpower” with “workforce.”
It’s basically psychological warfare to use a mechanism that your brain has been trained on in the way that modern people have been trained on the spellchecker to manipulate their personal beliefs about the nature of reality.
Microsoft’s Inclusiveness Checker language tool, in its Office Word software, has sparked debate about the tech giant’s role in regulating word choice and language management. It flags terms and expressions with the aim of suggesting “inclusive alternatives”, which critics say is a form of censorship.
Since its introduction five years ago, the Inclusiveness Checker has become part of Microsoft Word and other programs such as PowerPoint and Outlook.
The tool is designed to detect words with possible gender, age or cultural nuances in meaning, and then suggests alternatives that are considered more inclusive.
Users can choose to disable the feature, but when it is enabled, it will suggest, for example, “parental leave” instead of “maternity leave” and “postal worker” instead of “postman”.
The feature has been heavily criticized by free speech activists who see it as an interference with linguistic freedom. Toby Young, head of the UK-based Free Speech Union, warns that the feature is reminiscent of a dystopian future similar to that in George Orwell’s novel 1984.

The Inclusiveness Checker is part of a broader trend of tech companies introducing “inclusive language” features, which critics say pose a risk to both freedom of expression in general and self-determination in personal writing.
This woke bullshit is disappearing in most companies. Donald Trump’s win will likely speed that up a bit. As I’ve explained many times, these political agendas always overshoot the mark and then half to walk it back a bit, but in the end they’ve gained large amounts of ground after receding.
The woke bullshit had gotten too stupid and absurd, so people lashed out. Captain Marvel was replaced with Deadpool. Most of these companies are responding to the backlash, considering the money they’ve lost for pushing nigger-tranny-mania, and they’re rolling it back. These DEI and cultural sensitivity managers are being fired from everywhere, entire departments invented in the name of George Floyd are being abolished and most large companies.
Microsoft, however, may be in this for the long run.
Microsoft fails at everything they do, other than Windows, and Windows is a monopoly. (The other thing they didn’t fail at, aside from the XBox, was investing in OpenAI. But the AI boom has sort of popped and the implementation of these apps is not really working very well, M$ “Copilot” is a big mess.)
Windows has no market pressure, they are a company that likes losing money.
Bill Gates should be arrested and his land should be seized and passed out to the peasantry.
