President Trump’s Border Speech (Well, That was Anti-Climatic)

This was not a declaration of anything.

They were saying he might declare that he was going to use the military to build the WALL – or make some other, more extreme declaration, such as an invasion of Mexico – but all he did was give a basic pitch for passing a bill to reopen the government.

He’s not only demanding he build the artistically designed steel slats, but also demanding that the law be changed to make it so children can be immediately deported.

Chuck and Nancy responded with the exact same thing again after demanding equal time.

Trump might have purposefully set this up to get the media to talk about using the military to shut down the border and build a wall as a way to get that idea out there. He might finally be at the point where if he loses the shutdown without a wall he does just order the military to build it.

I don’t know.

But wow, a lot of build up for nothing.
