It was filmed in San Francisco, and posted to Twitter by California Republican congressional candidate DeAnna Lorraine. Twitter deleted the video. Because that is just really gross.
Contrary to popular belief, however, if you have Coronavirus in your poop, you cannot get double Coronavirus by eating your poop.
