It is now officially against the law in America to accuse Jews of lying.
A Wisconsin man who claimed that the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting never happened was ordered to pay $450,000 to the father of a boy killed in the massacre.
Lenny Pozner, whose son, Noah, was killed in the shooting at the Connecticut elementary school that left 26 dead, filed a defamation lawsuit against James Fetzer in November 2018.
On Tuesday, a Dane County jury decided on the amount Fetzer must pay Pozner, according to one of Pozner’s attorneys.
Fetzer co-authored a book titled “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.” In it, he argued that the shooting was a hoax meant to promote gun control. Fetzer has made similar claims on his website.
A judge ruled in June that Pozner was defamed by claims made in the book, including that he fabricated copies of his son’s death certificate, the AP reported. (Pozner filed a defamation lawsuit against the book’s other author, Mike Palecek, but it was dismissed, according to court records. Palecek reportedly reached an out of court settlement with Pozner last month.)
Fetzer maintained his position Tuesday in a statement to ABC News, calling those who died in the shooting “alleged ‘victims'” who had their death certificates fabricated. He also said the law was used against him “as an instrument of oppression.”
He plans to appeal.
Pozner thanked the jury “for recognizing the pain and terror that Mr. Fetzer has purposefully inflicted on me and on other victims of these horrific mass casualty events, like the Sandy Hook shooting,” according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
“Mr. Fetzer has the right to believe that Sandy Hook never happened,” he said. “He has the right to express his ignorance. This award, however, further illustrates the difference between the right of people like Mr. Fetzer to be wrong and the right of victims like myself and my child to be free from defamation, free from harassment and free from the intentional infliction of terror.”
He has a right to say it, but he also has a right to pay $450,000 for saying it.
This is similar to the way I have a right to kill my wife, but I also have a right to go to prison for 30 years if I do that.
It makes perfect sense, goyim. Don’t question it or you’re an anti-Semite.
In a statement to ABC News, Pozner said he hopes the court’s decision will help other victims “of Mr. Fetzer and other conspiracy theorists like him who use the internet to harass and defame” to pursue legal action.
Emily Feinstein, one of Pozner’s attorneys, said the team was very pleased with the outcome. She also applauded Pozner’s courage for testifying in the two-day trial, which was attended by many supporters of Fetzer.
“I can’t even imagine how hard it was for our client,” Feinstein said.
Leonard Pozner is a Jew, his lawyers are all Jews. This is part of the Jewish agenda to shut down any and all goyim speech in America.
Also this week, Alex Jones was denied an appeal in his Sandy Hook case – he is being sued by the same greasy crisis kike.
Alex Jones, the founder of the far-right conspiracy website Infowars, lost his appeal Friday in connection to a case that seeks damages related to the Sandy Hook mass shooting.
A Texas appellate court ruled Friday that Jones and Infowars cannot cite a free speech law to end a suit that seeks damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress. Jones and Infowars are being sued by a mother who lost a child in the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut in 2012.
The 3rd Court of Appeals found that Jones’ and Infowars’ reporting that the school shooting was a hoax and that the parents were actors “could be understood to accuse parents of Sandy Hook victims of either being untruthful about the manner in which their children were killed or being untruthful about whether their children were killed at all,” the Austin American-Statesman reports.
Alex is going to be completely silenced.
Civil lawsuits are simply a way to get around the fact that we have freedom of speech in this country and de facto ban forms of speech.
Obviously, no one is ever again going to publicly claim that Sandy Hook was a hoax. But what else are we not allowed to say? Anything that hurts anyone’s feelings may now result in a government fine of hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars.
This is even worse than Europe, where at least you are told what is or isn’t legal to say.
None of the recent cases of people being sued for saying things – and there have been quite a few of them – should have ever been allowed. They should have been immediately dismissed by a judge.
Instead, these cases have been taken to court. Allowing them to go to trial is a violation of the First Amendment by these judges and appeals courts.
The fact that a jury rules “oh yes, this was definitely a very mean thing to say” means nothing. This is supposed to be a nation of laws, not a nation of randomly selected juries. Juries are an aspect of the judicial system, not the final deciders of the legislative branch.
But okay – it is just, whatever. The details of this are unimportant, and the details are what they want you to focus on.
The bottom line is that JEWS – and yes, it is all Jews, once again – have used the legal system to effectively ban forms of speech, completely, in America.
It is PERFECTLY LEGAL to say that you don’t believe Sandy Hook happened, but if you do say that, a US government court will tell you you have to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars.
What is the difference between this situation and Holocaust laws in France, where the government forces people to pay fines for making comments that offend Jews?
There is in fact absolutely no real world difference. In both cases, your speech is being restricted by the government under threat of charging you money. Yes, in Europe you can also be sent to prison for certain speech, but for most people, doing a few months in prison would be a much lesser punishment than a fine of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
And again: at least in Europe, the laws are on the books and you more or less know what it is you are or are not allowed to say. In America, there is no list. None of these people who denied Sandy Hook were told beforehand that denying Sandy Hook was illegal. It was after the fact that they were informed of this, then told they must pay hundreds of thousands in fines.
And again: some people have been ordered to pay millions for saying things on the internet that they did not know were illegal, because they had wrongly been told that America has freedom of speech.
Many such cases.
Along with this, you have the fact of tech censorship de facto banning all forms of politically incorrect speech. And you end up with America being a country with less freedom of speech than any other country ever in history.
So just understand this:
The entire claim that America is a free country is an absolute hoax. America was a free country, a very long time ago, but all of those freedoms have been eroded to the point where they no longer exist. And that includes freedom of speech.
So when ZOG says they are going to bring freedom to other countries by having a war, they are always lying to you. We would have orders of magnitude more freedom in this country if our government was run by the People’s Republic of China instead of these filthy kikes.
