Sitting down constantly is changing the shape of your spine and fucking your body up worse than pretty much anything else you do.
The easiest way to fix this is to work on proper posture and not sit as often.
Anglin has mentioned this before and suggested getting standing desks, which could be good, but if you don’t want to do that you should get a solid chair/bench slav squat instead.
Doing that will keep your back straight and is a more natural resting position for humans.
