Juan Paul Groenewald was stabbed with a garden fork in an eye by a fellow farm worker at a Wellington farm in the Western Cape province. It was reported on social media that he was taken to Tygerberg hospital and waited for several hours without being assisted at the hospital. Sadly he passed away on Monday morning 30 September 2019.
His funeral will be held on Sunday 6 October 2019, in Paarl.
