Maybe this is smart on the part of the players, but the thing there is… this becomes like a prenup. The purpose of no-fault divorce is that marriage isn’t a real contract, so judges decided a long time ago that a prenup was just a way to bypass the laws that say “marriage is not a real contract,” so they just throw out the prenups.
In the case of these consent forms, if a woman is already accusing a man of rape, she can just say he forced her to sign the form as part of the rape. There is no “one weird trick” to get out of being rape-hoaxed, other than just completely avoiding women altogether.

Several footballers in Spain are using sexual consent contracts after a concerning rise in rape and assault allegations and convictions, an expert has claimed.

The document is written in English, however, with Galan explaining on a TV show that the form came into his possession after being passed on by a foreign player.
