Roberto Remedios, 62, first struck around 10 p.m. April 26, when he sat across from a 24-year-old woman and pleasured himself as a northbound R train approached the 53rd Street station in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
About three weeks later, around 2 p.m. May 17, he committed the same lewd act in front of a 26-year-old woman on a northbound R train at the Canal Street station in Manhattan.
Then around 11:30 a.m. May 26, he pleasured himself in front of a 19-year-old girl on a northbound A train heading into Manhattan from the Liberty Avenue and 104th Street station in Queens, cops said.
A CrimeStoppers tip led cops to Remedios’ home on Hoe Avenue near Home Street in Foxhurst, the Bronx, on Wednesday, police said.
He was arrested and charged with three counts of public lewdness.
