A fair and just decision.

After all, they are helpless victims.

These Afghans can’t possibly be expected to return to the brutal civil war in Syria, especially after GAS BABY MEME.

Fria Tider:

The two Afghan refugee accused suspects of the so-called Facebook rape in Uppsala will remain in Sweden. The chief prosecutor Magnus Berggren appears to have backed the expulsion claim.

The rape accused men, who are 18 and 21 years old, came to Sweden as a so-called refugee and are not Swedish citizens. Berggren’s colleague Pontus Melander had initially claimed the penalty [of expulsion] for both of them, but now the chief prosecutor withdrew the claim. It is a message that is welcomed by the lawyer Stefan Wallin who defends the 21-year-old Afghan.

“The prosecutor has taken a wise decision. It is against the Aliens Act, which I pointed out here before,” he tells 24 Uppsala.

According to Wallin, the two Afghans came to Sweden when they were under 15-years-old. Therefore, he believes that it is impossible to [expel] the two rapists.

This sends a clear message that Sweden is not a racist country and does not judge people based on the color of their skin.
