This is what happens when Swedish women forget to put on their burkas before stepping outside.
Last night, police were alerted about a suspected rape and a suspected rape attempt in central Stockholm, police say on their website.
The first rape alarm came just before 2am tonight. By then, SOS Alarm had received a call about an unconscious woman outdoors at Kungsholmen.
The man who was alerted had been asked to do so by another man who initially sat with the woman near the King’s Bridge. But that man was not left when the police came to the scene.
“The police cannot rule out that the woman has been subjected to a crime and has started a preliminary investigation regarding attempted rape. She was taken to hospital with an ambulance for examination,” writes the police on their website.
Police technicians and criminal search dogs have now investigated the scene.
The second rape must have taken place in Vasastan.
According to police, a woman has reported that she has been raped by an unknown man on Karlsbergsvägen. Patrols were sent to the scene and until the police technician and dog were ready, the scene was blocked off.
