This weekend millions will celebrate Bastille Day, a holiday commemorating the first major triumph of the degenerate Left. As the proponents of equality rejoice, we need to remember the truth of what happened in the French Revolution:
Here in the French Revolution is a dress rehearsal for the blood-letting by the Bolsheviks, 130 years later. At the Convent des Carmes, Rue de Vaugirard, up to 200 priests had been incarcerated. Here a drunken mob converged and with pistols and sabres killed the defenceless priests. The Archbishop of Arles had his face cleaved almost in two, as he offered his life in the hope of appeasing the bloodlust and sparing the other priests. The old man’s death only excited the mob further, and they fired upon the priests kneeling in prayer in the chapel. Other such massacres were conducted on priests imprisoned at the Abbaye in Paris. However, there were more victims among ‘the people’ than among the aristocrats and clergy. The revolutionary leaders sought to ‘amputate’ France, and to radically reduce its population, reminiscent of Pol Pot.
When one reads about the horrors of the French revolution, it is sometimes hard to imagine how such inhumane events ever took place, and where the perpetrators of these crimes could have come from. But when witnessing first-hand a demonstration by contemporary far-left activists, it becomes disturbingly clear that there are many in our own society who possess the same deranged hatred of truth and order. A mob of “antifa” activists exudes a spirit of fierce malice and emotional disturbance which could quickly turn into murderous violence directed at the forces of “oppression” and “inequality” if ever properly encouraged by a revolutionary faction. This left-wing infantilism was on full display this week in Texas, as the pro-child murder forces attempted to smuggle urine and feces into the Capitol building, hoping to fling them at Republican legislators :
As protesters came to the Capitol building in Austin on Friday, bottles of urine and feces, and even tampons were confiscated by state troopers as they tried to prevent anything from disrupting the debate.
Texas Department of Public Safety officers were reported to have found one jar suspected to contain urine, 18 jars suspected of holding feces and three jars suspected to contain paint.
Our enemies do not merely wish to imprison us, beat us, or even kill us. They literally want to rub our faces in their excrement as they shout at us about humanity, equality and brotherhood.
