Third Black Arrested for Rape of a 14-Year-Old Girl

Good for Utah:

West Jordan Police Department and the US Marshals Office found and arrested the third suspect they say is involved in an aggravated sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl.

Nasouh A Albasis-Albasis aka Ibrahim Ali was located at an apartment in West Valley City. He was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail.

Two other men were arrested in the alleged assault. According to police, video had been taken that night showing the two men raping the girl.
