As a change of pace from our usual Nazi bigotry, why not take a moment to reflect on the opposite perspective? I mean, it’s easy to bash diversity, or just brown people generally. But I have a commitment to going beyond the easy answers.
Let’s examine the 5 ways diversity is actually enriching our lives everyday, and why we’d actually be poorer without it.
1. Ethnic restaurants
Do you really value your prejudices more than this delicious cuisine?
We all love our General Tao’s chicken, our kebab and burritos. You think we’ll be allowed to eat those things if we kick out all the foreigners? Think again.
2. New folk events
Folkloric African machete dance.
Sure, traditional European past-times, like video games and electronic dance music, are fun and all. But you might get tired of them some day. Wouldn’t it be thrilling to experience first-hand the Arabic “car burning festivals?” Or the lovely Haitian “necklacing” ceremony?
With diversity, you don’t even need to travel to get this kind of enrichment – it comes to you.
3. Surprise sex
We all need to add a little spice in that department.
Getting a little stale in the bedroom? A little… predictable?
My diagnostic: not enough diversity.
Once you hit that sweet spot of about 10% Moslem population, you’ll never know when you next kinky adventure will pop up.
4. More leisure time
Prateek will relieve you of all your work obligations.
Do you ever feel like you don’t have time to do everything you’d like to do? Do you ever wish you could just take a long vacation, or even retire early?
More and more Americans are blessed each year to have their very own H1B visa worker do their job for them, granting them basically unlimited free time.
They’re cheap, too!
5. Learn about foreign cultures
It’s cool to read about it, sure. But it’s even more enriching in person.
One of the most edifying experiences you can have in life, is that feeling of being in a totally alien culture, with no reference points to anchor yourself on. This is normally only possible when traveling to distant lands.
But with a little diversity, you can feel this alienated – in your very own neighborhood!
Conclusion
I think, after contemplating the evidence in this list, even the most bigoted of the goyim will have to agree that diversity is the most desirable thing of all. In fact, it’s our greatest strength.
So next time some Nazi comes at you with arguments against multiculturalism, you’ll know how to address his ignorance.
