Trayvon Martin was only a little boy out buying Skittles when he attempted to murder George Zimmerman. He would have been a space-traveler, if the Neo-Nazi Zimmerman hadn’t murdered him back.
As a great poet once said, “killin ain’t fiar, but somebody gotta do it.”
Trayvon Martin, may God rest his soul, knew that someone had to kill white Mexican George Zimmerman. Because he was a racist.
But in the process of carrying out this necessary act, the man he was trying to kill killed him back. An act of pure and unadulterated evil.
Trayvon Martin was studying to be an astronaut. So it is only right, true and fitting that he now be awarded a post-humongous degree in aeronautics.
Niggers have a long history of space-travel. Historians believe that Captain Kirk never could have defeated the Romulans if Uhura hadn’t “twirked up on he dick” while he was formulating a counter strategy to the Romulan’s superior photon cannon strength.
Though we mourn the death of this innocent little boy who was simply trying to ambush a racist, and kill him be repeatedly smashing his head into the concrete, we take comfort in knowing that spirit of little Tray-Tray is soaring the cosmos – now, he can soar legal, with full credentials.
The Florida university that Trayvon Martin’s mother graduated from is awarding the teenager, who was slain by a community watch member five years ago, a college degree.
Florida Memorial University announced Wednesday that it would award an aeronautics degree, with a concentration in flight education, to Martin “in honor of his love for planes and the steps he took during his young life toward becoming a pilot.”
Martin’s parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, will accept the degree for their son.
Martin took aviation courses in high school. He also participated in an aviation camp put on by Barrington Irving, another graduate of the historically black university who, in 2007, became the youngest person and only African-American to fly solo around the world, the university said.
“Trayvon had an obvious love of flying,” FMU spokeswoman April R. Silver told CNN.
Fulton took to her Twitter page to thank her alma mater for honoring her son, whose dream was cut short by violence.
Martin was 17 years old when he was killed Feb. 26, 2012, as he walked to his father’s girlfriend’s house in Sanford, Florida, from a nearby convenience store, where he bought iced tea and Skittles.
…
Martin’s death, which prompted months of nationwide protests, was the catalyst for the creation of the Black Lives Matter movement. In the years since his death, his parents founded the Trayvon Martin Foundation, which describes itself on its website as “a social justice organization committed to ending senseless gun violence, strengthening families through holistic support, S.T.E.A.M. education for women and minorities, and mentoring.”
The foundation is headquartered at FMU. A private reception after the May 13 commencement ceremony will serve as a fundraiser for the foundation, as well as for the school’s Department of Aviation and Safety, the university said.
And that’s the real reason you don’t see many black pilots.
They are killed for the color of their skin.
Or, because they attack people on the streets, and get killed in self-defense.
Can you imagine the life of a black? That any time, white police might come and beat you to death, just because you’re reading a book?
We should all pray for a future where blacks are able to murder whites and white Mexicans on the street with impunity, so that some day, they can become astronauts.
He could have soared the skies on wings of freedom, if it were not for white racism.
If Barack Obama had a son, he would look like Trayvon Martin.
And he would be an astronaut.
It’s too bad Obama doesn’t have a son though, because his daughter looks like she has fetal alcohol syndrome…. or worse.
