I’m not sure how many times Donald Trump has announced a full pullout of US forces from Syria and not done it, but I’m hoping this is the third time, because I’ve heard those are charming.

I know there are probably some Russian soldiers who would take issue with the whole “we defeated ISIS thing,” but Trump does have to say something.
And he maybe sort of did defeat them by simply choking their CIA funding. He did actually do that. Credit where due. I don’t believe a US soldier ever killed a single member of ISIS, however.
But yeah I mean whatever – who gives a shit, right?
Let’s just be done with it and move on with our lives.
But seriously – don’t forget that I’m not joking when I say that Trump has promised this many times, and at least one other time, he’s made an official announcement like this.
The guy is not so much a doer as he is a tweeter.
But whatever – he’s given Turkey’s President Erdogan permission to invade Syria and kill the remaining CIA-backed YPG Kurd terrorists. And after they’re dead, who is there even going to be to go to war for in Syria? America would have to just declare war on Assad directly, which I do not think is going to happen.
