Two Greenville County men have been charged with murder in the death of a 39-year-old store clerk killed during a December robbery, Easley police announced Wednesday.
Police said Stacy Regina Branham, 49, of Piedmont, was shot and killed during a robbery at the B Pam’s Food Mart on Dec. 14.
Officials have continued to identify the victim as Stacy Branham, though family members said she preferred to use the last name Childress.
Easley police Detective Brandon Liner said Tychristian Ladson, 19, was arrested in December on charges connected to a stolen vehicle in the case and has been held in the Greenville County Detention Center.
Liner said Quinton Maurice Collins was arrested without incident at his home Tuesday.
Ladson and Collins are charged with murder and attempted robbery with a deadly weapon.
Liner said that Collins has an “extensive record” with numerous armed robbery and kidnapping charges.

Police said Branham was able to fire a gun at the robbers before they returned fire killing her.
In the surveillance video of the robbery, a man wearing an orange ski mask flinches moments before running out of the store.
The robbers fired at least three to four rounds, striking Branham once in the chest, police said.
