Regular readers are very familiar with this story.
The Proud Boys were stalked and attacked on the street by antifa following an event in New York City where Gavin McInnes, the then leader of the Proud Boys, was speaking.
The whole thing was on video. The antifa started it, no one denies that, but the city of New York claimed that it is illegal to fight back if antifa attacks you. None of the attacking antifa would agree to press charges, so the state just charged the Proud Boys with ATTEMPTED assault (because apparently you don’t need a victim for that) and RIOTING.
Now two of them are going to prison, literally. For what at the very worst is a minor street fight… where there wasn’t an injured party. An… attempted street fight?
Most of the articles reporting on this today are not even mentioning the fact that they were charged without a victim.
Two members of the far-right Proud Boys were sentenced Tuesday to four years in prison for their roles in a street fight after a speech last year at New York’s Metropolitan Republican Club.
Judge Mark Dwyer said the lengthy sentences should deter people from engaging in what he called “political street brawls.”
So they’re being made an example of.

Maxwell Hare, 27, and John Kinsman, 40, were convicted in August on charges stemming from the October 2018 fight between members of the Proud Boys and the loosely organized anti-fascist group known as Antifa after a speech by Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnes.
The trial was unusual in that no victims testified because they are not cooperating with police. Instead, prosecutors relied heavily on video, including security camera footage that showed Proud Boys members starting the fight.
Hare and Kinsman apologized Tuesday.

It really does suck. Four years is a long time. Especially when you’re 27.
Their lawyers have said they acted in self-defense when a masked protester threw a bottle. Members of the Proud Boys and groups that were protesting McInnes’ speech were then seen kicking and punching each other on the sidewalk.
“I’m sorry about the whole mess. I regret the entire incident,” said Kinsman, a married father of three from Morristown, New Jersey.
Hare, from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, said he “made a mistake that night” and blamed hasty decision making for his part in the melee.
Ten members and associates of the Proud Boys were arrested in the days following the clash. Hare and Kinsman were the first two to go on trial.
Yeah.
The rest of them that are going to trial will get similar sentences, I would assume.
The Southern Poverty Law Center, a liberal advocacy organization, has designated the all-male Proud Boys as a hate group.

In issuing the sentences Tuesday, Dwyer said the brawl reminded of violent clashes that went unchecked in Europe in the 1930s, fueling the rise of fascism.
Such violence won’t be tolerated in New York City, “especially at this time in the country when people are so divided,” the judge said.
Yes, it’s just like the rise of Nazism in the 1930s, goyim.
VICE News and the rest of the “Kool Kike” media is celebrating that line from this judge.
By the way, in 2014, this very same Judge Mark Dwyer of Brooklyn only gave an orthodox Jew a two-year sentence for repeatedly having sex with an underage boy.
This is what I keep telling you people – following Charlottesville, it is absolutely impossible to get a fair trial. They will just sentence you to the maximum of whatever the hell. They will make an example of you, as this judge publicly stated he was doing.
We are living in absolutely tyranny. There is no more Constitution, there is no more Bill of Rights, it has all just been bypassed, and they are going to do whatever the hell they want to you.
You have to simply stay out of these situations.
Keep your head down. Work on your own life, building a career, being financially and personally successful, so that in the future you can play a role in politics and the general power process of the nation.
Don’t let a bunch of retards lead you into a trap.
The antifa are run by the feds. They exist for the sole purpose of silencing free speech on the streets, preventing the ability of right-wingers to organize.
- They will attack you and hurt you if you try to have an event, and the cops will do nothing
- If you fight back, the cops will arrest you and you will go to prison
It is the ultimate heckler’s veto.
And it is the real life equivalent of “a private company can silence you on the internet, because it’s not the government doing it.”
It’s: “a private gang can silence you on the street, because it’s not the cops doing it.”
When you combine antifa street mobs with the kind of civil lawsuits that they’re using to silence people – suing people for hurting feelings, or for accusing a Jew of lying – and then combine it with the censorship by tech monopolies, we have less freedom of speech than pretty much any country that has ever existed.
Certainly, this is a whole lot worse than the alleged censorship of the alleged “dictatorships” of China or Russia.
It’s much worse than the Soviet Union.
And somehow, these kikes have the nerve to make the claim that America is a free country that needs to go to war with other countries to bring them freedoms.
