Three men are due to stand trial charged with false imprisonment and rape after a serious incident in Redcar last year.
The alleged incident took place in the early hours of the morning, on December 15.
Three men aged 31, 25 and 29 were arrested by Cleveland Police and charged in connection with the alleged offences at a flat on Harwal Road.
Qader Amhadi, 31, of Harwal Road, Redcar, 25-year-old Darbaz Haje, of Cleveland Street, Redcar and, Aram Hussain, 29, of Cleveland Street, Redcar, all deny the charges.
