Ungrateful Kike Vermin Chuckles Schumer Attacks FaceApp as Russian Plot, Even Though It Made Him Look Handsome

How filled with ungratefulness and hatefulness are these Jews?

Well, when it comes to Russia, the answer appears to be “infinity.”

FaceApp made Chuck Schumer look more handsome than he was when he was young, and better than he will look when he ages.

But that isn’t good enough for Chuckles.

He’s out for revenge against the Russians for pogroms that happened hundreds of years ago in response to the vicious behavior of his ancestors.

RT:

Accusations about FaceApp, a service for manipulating portraits, have graduated from racism and transphobia to a bona fide national security threat, with Chuck Schumer calling for a formal FBI probe. Because Russia is behind it!

The Senate minority leader called for an inquiry into the app, which is developed by a St. Petersburg-based firm, Wireless Lab, saying he has “serious concerns” about how it handles personal data. He wrote a letter to heads of the FBI and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), saying: “FaceApp’s location in Russia raises questions regarding how and when the company provides access to the data of US citizens to third parties, including potentially foreign governments.”

A similar ‘Reds-under-the-bed’ alarm was sounded by Bob Lord, a former Yahoo! executive and current chief security officer for the Democratic National Convention (DNC), who told Democratic campaign staff not to use the app, because it “was developed by Russians.”

FaceApp has been around since 2017 and allows users to upload a portrait to its server, where an AI algorithm applies so-called filters to alter the image. The app has faced a string controversies in the past. Filters that could make a face seem black or Asian were called racist, before they were removed. Gender-bending filters also drew criticism from LGBT advocates, who saw them as offensive to trans people.

The app’s most recent surge in popularity comes due to its ability to manipulate age, with a number of celebrities posting images of how they could look in their later years.

In case you wondered, IT experts are yet to catch FaceApp doing anything nefarious, or at least more nefarious than what other apps out there do. The company has provided assurance that it doesn’t get access to all camera photos, contrary to what some people have claimed, and that the servers used for its AI magic are owned by Amazon and Google.

What Chuckles is claiming is that the app maintains the right to keep your photos.

Well, all of these apps do that. The ToS on any app is insane. You shouldn’t really install apps at all. None of them are safe. Angry Birds was caught tracking people – way back in 2014.

So this is just “RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA” nonsense.

What are Schumer and the rest of the people clutching their pearls over this suggesting is going to happen to your data, specifically because the app is Russian? I don’t even understand the implication.

Are they going to use the photos to… hack the elections?

If anything, it is much scarier to have domestic apps tracking you than foreign apps.

I don’t think anyone should download apps at all, so I’m not shilling for this app.

But this hysteria stuff is just so absurd.

They still haven’t told us what the Russian plot actually is.

They’ve told us that Russia elected Donald Trump to… sanction their country, send weapons to the Ukraine and threaten wars against most or all of their allies. That’s now been disproven, but they keep saying it. What they haven’t said is why they wanted to do this. I guess the implication is that Hillary Clinton would have started a war with Russia, and Russia was trying to avoid getting involved with a third world war.

“They’re evil because they don’t want us to start World War Three” is a pretty stupid argument.

But “they’re going to use your face to hack the election” is quite likely even a stupider argument.
