Darlington County investigators arrested three men – all teenagers – for the armed robbery and murder of a Florence man inside his home earlier this month.
Lt. Robby Kilgo with the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to a home on Alpine Drive in the Florence area of Darlington County around 7 p.m. on Feb. 7. Deputies found a man inside the home who had been shot.
Deputies arrested Tre’Varis James Alford, 18, Antwan Khyre Javera Holmes, 17, both of Darlington, and Ty’Quavious Deondre’ Mack, 19, of Timmonsville. Each man is charged with murder and armed robbery in the shooting death of 39-year-old Michael Brandon Smith.
