This lawsuit might not work right now.

But do you know when it will work?

When we open up the libel laws so we can sue reporters and make a lot of money.

RT:

The Washington Post’s reporting of so-called Russian propaganda “fake news” sites has received public scrutiny, but a court of law could be next. Naked Capitalism, a finance and economics site that made the blacklist, is ready to fight to show its validity.

A letter to the Washington Post from Naked Capitalism’s attorney accuses the paper of being “taken for a ride by inept propagandists,” specifically the group PropOrNot. The letter is references a November 24 article titled, “Russian propaganda effort helped spread ‘fake news’ during election, experts say.”

Naked Capitalism claims in its letter that “these serious allegations have caused and will continue to cause great harm to Naked Capitalism.”

The Post’s article relied heavily on the input of the organization PropOrNot, which the Post referred to as one of “two teams of independent researchers” and “a nonpartisan collection of researchers with foreign policy, military and technology backgrounds.”

However, the credentials of PropOrNot have been called into question by many, such as the Intercept, the New Yorker and Rolling Stone.

PropOrNot has offered little insight to their formula which saw some sources branded propaganda. The Post granted anonymity to the organization’s leader, which Naked Capitalism attorney Jim Moody described as “indicia of actual malice, i.e. knowing and/or reckless disregard for the truth or falsity of your allegations against Naked Capitalism.”

In addition, Moody said in the letter to the Post that “the simplest internet search reveals propornot.com to be a recent creation, shadowy at best, and with no credentials or bona fides that are capable of independent verification and assessment.”

PropOrNot’s list of propaganda contains 200 different news organizations that are deemed to either be Russian propaganda or fake news. The listed sources cover a wide spectrum, from Weekly World News to Truth Out and Drudge Report. As with those and others, Naked Capitalism’s inclusion on that list has yet to be explained.

According to Moody’s letter, they were never given the ability to offer a rebuttal or comment on the Post’s piece. As a result, they are asking that the Washington Post to retract its propaganda story and issue an apology.

You want to talk about fake news?

It is absolutely and completely insane that the Washington Post reported on this website, PropOrNot, as “expert researchers.” Like, it is almost difficult to grasp how it is even possible that this was allowed to happen.

This is a website that is run anonymously – just a random website – that makes the claim that an entire list of 200 sites are fake news funded by Russia.

We made the list.

They offer no evidence for their claims.

It is literally just a random website making a baseless assertion and WaPo is like “yeah, these expert researchers have discovered a massive Russian conspiracy – this is serious business – someone needs to shut all of these sites down.”

This entire “fake news” forced meme is unfathomable.

I mean, the media lost all credibility during the election, viciously attacking Trump, eventually openly admitting their bias, then they said there was a 98% chance Hillary would win. These Jews were running stories like “why is Hillary even campaigning anymore? she should be focused on planning her transition team, because there is absolutely zero possibility she will lose this election.”

CNN, Politico, WaPo and several others were found to be working in collusion with the DNC and Hillary’s campaign to promote the Democrat agenda.

After the election, The New York Times came out with a letter from the Jew publisher Arthur Sulzberger Jr. basically saying “sorry we lied to you – please trust us that we won’t just keep doing it.”

And then immediately, in the midst of this credibility collapse, their plan is to come out and say that all media other than them is fake and funded by Russia as part of a global conspiracy – the entirety of their evidence for the claim being a random blog site that says it’s true.

Anyway.

They’re burying themselves. And that’s a very good thing.

I’m going to go ahead and join Naked Capitalism in asking for an apology from WaPo. Though I’m going to wait until the libel laws open-up to start throwing around legal threats.

But with the way these kikes defame me, I’m going to be able to fund this site with lawsuit winnings.

Dolia Estevez and Luke O’Brien are going to be at the top of my list.
